STEP 1 RESPECTIVE COLLEGE
a. Submit the following credentials to Respective Adviser.
- F137/F138 (original)
- Good Moral Certificate
- NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Admission Test Results
- Barangay Clearance.
- 2x2 picture
b. Fill up application form for new student and get admission slip.
c. Get registration form and schedule of subjects approved by
respective adviser.
STEP 2 OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS (OSA)
- Present yourself for medical and dental examination
STEP 3 LIBRARY (Discussion Area)
- Scholars, fill up application forms
- Pay your insurance fee
STEP 4 LIBRARY (Graduate School)
- New student ID
- Submit registration form with your admission slip
- Have your subjects encoded
STEP 5 I.T. LAB. I
- Pay your fees
- Submit Accounting copy
STEP 6 ISSC Office
- School ID
STEP 7 I.T. LAB. II
- Present Official Receipt
- Get your student copy
STEP 8 LIBRARY CORNER
- Get your library card
- Get your class cards from your College Representative
Note:
- STUDENTS have to present their student copy properly stamped enrolled to their teachers for admission to their classes.
- The enrolment of students who have not paid their enrolment fees by the end of the enrolment period will be revoked.

- Get your student copy

- Get your library card
- Get your class cards from your College Representative
Note: Graduating students should file their application for graduation
upon enrolment!!
