2018 marks NVSU'S 14th Charter Anniversary

The Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) has recently celebrated its 14th Charter Anniversary, marking its 14th year as a University since 2006.The anniversary's theme, "NVSU Strengthens Global Commitments" mirrors the recently revised vision, mission and goals of the University that resolves NVSU as a globally competitive institution. Pamittan among top performing accreditors

The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) Inc. named Dr. Filemon A. Pamittan, Quality Assurance Coordinator of the Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) Bayombong Campus, as one of its top ten performing accreditors for 2017 during the 31st AACCUP Annual National Conference at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City on March 7-9, 2018.Pamittan believes that his positive attitude towards his assignments earned him the award, "we submit reports to the University Presidents on time after the accreditation process. NVSU Radio airs biggest SOA

DWNS 96.5 UFM started airing the Department of Agriculture's (DA) School-on-the Air (SOA) regarding Climate Smart Agriculture cum Hybrid Rice Production, also referred to as the "Kaalamang Pagsasaka sa Himpapawid," as part of its special programs early March this year. NVSU passes audit, recommended for ISO Certification

The Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) has recently passed the registration audit conducted by the ACS United States W3 Solutionz, for its application with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, a Quality Management System (QMS). Following this, NVSU was recommended by the ACS United States for certification with the ISO.The ACS United States W3 Solutionz, an ISO 9001:2015 certifying body, conducted the Stage 1 audit on February 27, 2018, and the stage 2 on the following day.The audit aims to determine conformity of NVSU's QMS with the audit criteria and its ability to provide quality service that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. ACS noted in its report that "during the audit it was iden...

NVSU Crop Protection and Analytical Laboratory to rise in 2018

A laboratory that will serve as the regional crop protection center will soon rise at Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) on the last week of November 2018. It will focus on pests, diseases, inland weeds.
