PREFERENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or its allied/related fields
EXPERIENCE
At least three (3) years of teaching or industry experience, and with experience as speaker, facilitator, coordinator, trainer, or coach in the field of specialization
TRAINING
At least sixteen (16) hours of relevant training or participation in national/international seminars and training in the field of specialization
OTHERS
With experience as a project or study leader in research, and with relevant research publications (author or co-author) published in refereed/copyrighted journals and presentations, and extension activities or community involvement
Demonstrates strong and professional behavior and high ethical standards
Familiar with relevant issuances and other applicable laws, rules and regulations in government operations especially in academic matters
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills, emphatic, and with optimistic outlook
With strong and steadfast ethical/moral principles, values and standards
