NVSU'S International Seminar Series "Sparks Global Knowledge Exchange"

Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) ignited a beacon of international knowledge sharing today with the launch of its "International Seminar Series: Continous Knowledge Amplification." Hosted by the NVSU Research, Extension, and Training (RET) program, through Extension and Training Program led by Dr. Maribel S. Bacena, in collaboration with the NVSU Office of International Affairs, under the leadership of Director, Atty. Regine Karla G. Tabas, this event set the stage for global intellectual engagement.

The "International Seminar Series" transcended geographical boundaries by broadcasting live on the official NVSU Facebook Page, bringing together a diverse audience of scholars, experts, and students. This platform aims to encourage intellectual discussions, disseminate cutting-edge research, and explore emerging global trends.

Distinguished speakers included Dr. Aldwin P. Pablo, Dean of the College of Agriculture, who delivered a warm welcome. 

Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., University President, shared his inspirational vision for internationalization, urging the NVSU community to embrace this mission. Atty. Regine Karla G. Tabas, Director of NVSU Office of International Affairs, provided a comprehensive overview of the International Seminar Series.

The highlight of the event was Mr. Ventura C. Chinaman, a SEARCA Scholarship Recipient, who delved into the "Effect of Chitosan on the Immunity and Growth of Hybrid Catfish," sparking engaging discussions during the Q&A session.

Dr. Jessie Pascual P. Bitog, Director of Research and Development, closed the event by emphasizing the significance of embracing international perspectives, highlighting the potential for innovative solutions and collaborative opportunities on a global scale.
