The Philippine Navy, through the Recruitment and Selection Branch (RSB) of the Navy Personnel Management Center (NPMC), will conduct its second leg of Mobile Recruitment program for CY 2023 for the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and Sailor Basic Course (SBC) applicants from July 17th to July 21st, 2023, at the Municipal Hall Gymnasium in Lamut, Ifugao.

The program aims to inform young people of Nueva Vizcaya about the career prospects available in the Philippine Navy.
