Kasibu, Bayombong beauties meet the President

September begins as beauty queens Rose Clare R. Isuela and Rica B. Copero visit the Office of the President and other administrative offices.

Ms. Isuela is a fresh graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Financial Management who placed 4th Runner-up representing Nueva Vizcaya State University in the recently concluded 4th Bayongyong Festival's Binibining Bayombong 2023 on August 5. While Ms. Copero was crowned Saniata ti Kasibu 2023 last August 18 during the town's Citrus Festival. She is a second-year student majoring in Social Studies in the Bachelor of Secondary Education program.

University President Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr. expressed his gratitude and support to them as the university lives up to its ideals of being the home of scientists, inventors, innovators, and beauties.
