NVSU rises to Rank 170 in WURI 2026, 46th in PH, tops Region 2 SUCs

Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) continues to strengthen its presence on the global stage after advancing to Rank 170 in the Global Top 500 of the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2026 from Rank 227 in 2025. With this achievement, NVSU also emerged as the No. 1 State University and College (SUC) in Region 2 in the latest WURI rankings, reflecting the university’s growing commitment to innovation, impact, and transformative education.

The university secured the 46th spot in the Philippines among academic institutions that submitted entries.

Notably, NVSU achieved an impressive Rank 18 globally in Funding for Sustainability, a remarkable leap from Rank 35 in 2025.
