NVSU staff train for PQA

The Nueva Vizcaya State University, with its selected staff, underwent Philippine Quality Awards training on April 17 and 19, 2024, as part of the process for the university's readiness in applying for PQA.

Engr. Jonathan R. Nuestro, DOST-Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Director, discussed the salient features of PQA and shared some insights on the process requirements needed for the application.

The activity aimed to enhance the capabilities of the selected team members in preparing for and applying for Quality Excellence Performance Awards and to provide the PQA team members with a thorough understanding of the criteria and requirements.

The PQA Program fosters global competitiveness by encouraging organizations to strive for and achieve performance excellence. It's a national award program recognizing the achievements of both public and private sector organizations on their journey towards excellence.
