Pres. Dumale attends PNP-Vizcaya flag-raising; talks about power, decision-making

NVSU President, Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., served as the distinguished guest of honor and speaker during the flag-raising ceremony at the Philippine National Police – Nueva Vizcaya Police Provincial Office, held at Camp Major Saturnino L. Dumlao, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, on February 05, 2024.

"Iisa lang ang dahilan kung bakit tayo binigyan ng kapangyarihan, ng awtoridad na ipatupad ang sinasabi ng polisiya, para magkaroon ng tahimik, payapa, at kaaya-ayang komunidad," emphasized Dr. Dumale.
